The U.S. Marshals have Julie Chrisley for now.
The reality TV mom is no longer in the custody of the Bureau of Prisons. Julie is set to go to court later this month for a re-sentencing. Her original sentence was recently vacated in the fraud charges against her, although her husband Todd Chrisley will remain behind bars.
