Just about 15 years after they made the decision to give their daughter up for adoption, they are still struggling with the aftermath of that decision. Catelynn Lowell recently revealed that they are not able to visit Carly this year and now Tyler Baltierra is giving more details about the “pain” that they are going through about that emotional decision.
