Shanna Moakler and her boyfriend, Matthew Rondeau, have had a very tumultuous relationship, and it’s not getting any smoother!
Back in February, Matthew was arrested on charges of domestic violence after he and Shanna got into an argument, and it looks like the cops are back on their doorstep.
