Erika Jayne announced her split from her husband, Thomas Giradi, at the end of last year. She and her husband were together for a whopping 21 years, but not even their marriage could stand the stress of 2020. Although it initially seemed like the two had just grown apart, it was rumored that both of them may have been cheating on one another.
A source claimed their relationship had been “unconventional,” which leads us to question the arrangement the two had agreed upon. Erika made it known that she never signed a prenup with Tom, and although she was trying to get spousal support from him, it looks like that might not be in the cards.
His assets were recently frozen by a Chicago judge, and Erika is now claiming that he had been cheating on her this entire time.
Now, Tom is breaking his silence.
