The former Jersey Shore: Family Vacation star and baby mama of Ronnie Ortiz-Magro is being charged with a felony and may be facing prison time.
It was recently announced that Jenn was heading back to rehab in order to work on herself, but it appears that wasn’t enough for the courts.
