Although Jace Evans had been in the custody of his grandmother Barbara for the last few weeks, that is no longer the case. Jace is now hospitalized and in CPS custody after running away again. There is still an ongoing case against David Eason for the alleged attack that he committed on the teenager while he was living with him and Jenelle Evans.
