Jenelle Evans has been trying to regain custody of her son, Jace, for a while now. Jace has lived with his grandmother, Barbara Evans, for most of his life.
Barbara gained full custody of Jenelle’s son in 2010 when he was only a year old. Jenelle had been charged with marijuana possession and breaking and entering, so it seemed like the best option for the family at the time.
Over the past few years, Jenelle has been trying to re-gain custody of her oldest son, and she may have finally won.
