Khloe Kardashian and Tristan Thompson have been spending lots of time together lately, and although it’s pretty obvious something is going on between them, fans think they might be keeping a lot from us. Khloe recently celebrated her 36th birthday surrounded by friends and family, but fans noticed a very special something on her ring finger.
The reality star was sporting a huge diamond in all her birthday pics, so was that a present from Tristan or just a ploy to get us talking?
