More often than not, reality TV stars have no problem with having their children appearing on the small screen beside them. Some shows are entirely branded around this concept (looking at you, Teen Mom) and it’s gotten to the point that it’s almost more surprising to realize that someone DOES have children and chooses not to let them on TV.
