Erika Jayne has been the topic of major headlines since she filed for divorce from Tom Girardi in late 2020.
Erika was not initially hit with any lawsuits in regards to Tom’s wrongdoings, but that quickly changed when it became clear that money was transferred from Tom’s law firm to Erika’s company, EJ Global. It is unclear why the money was transferred, but it was enough for victims’ lawyers to seek more information about the Housewife’s finances.
When the legal trouble began, the couple put their $8 million mansion on the market, but since it hasn’t sold, it is now going into foreclosure.
