Erika Jayne and her husband Tom Girardi have decided to call it quits after a whopping 21 years of marriage. The couple, whose 33-year age gap has been a controversial topic, married in 1999. They met while Erika was a cocktail waitress, and as they say, the rest is history.
But now, it looks like this divorce might be messier than we think! Erika explained that she did not sign a prenup, and since her husband is a lawyer we’re unsure if she’ll come out of this with anything at all…
