Catelynn Lowell and Tyler Baltierra have been extremely vocal about their closed adoption with their birth daughter, Carly. Catelynn has alleged that Carly is not the one who wanted to cut communication, and it was all her adoptive parents, Brandon and Teresa Davis.
The Teen Mom star took to social media to share the original agreement that claims Catelynn and Tyler have an agreement to annual visits with Carly.
