Last week, Glee star Naya Rivera went missing while renting a boat with her 4-year old son. When the rental boat company noticed that the actress was late to return, they went out to locate the pair and found the boat floating in the water with only her young son aboard.
The search quickly changed from rescue to recovery after authorities concluded that she likely drowned while out for a swim in the lake. Thankfully, her son appeared physically unharmed from the incident, and he was the one to tell the police that he and his mother had gone for a swim. He was able to get back into the boat, but she did not.
